How to Order
5 steps that describe our efficient repair service.
Gather the item(s) to be serviced and use our online quote request form to detail the services or repairs needed for each handpiece, and upload images of each item. Don't send us your item(s) until we have had a chance to respond to your submittal.
If your office is local we will pick up your handpieces, or you can download a mailing label to have your items shipped free of charge. It is required that our diagnostic team physically inspect your handpieces to generate a quote. All handpieces must be sterilized before shipping. Click Here for more information.
You will receive an email with a secure link to your custom quote. Review the details of your quote including technician notes. Directions will be included that explain how to approve and pay for the Rapid Handpiece Repair service.
Once quote has been approved and payment received we will keep you posted as we work to complete the services requested.
Your serviced handpieces will returned to you promptly.
